Candidates must submit a completed scholarship application, an official high school transcript or current Penn State transcript, and a letter of recommendation. Applications must be postmarked by May 1, 2023 and mailed to the address below.  Applications are available on this site.

PENN STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY CHAPTER
The Penn State Alumni Association Southern NJ Chapter is offering five scholarships to students who have been accepted and will enroll at any of the campuses of The Pennsylvania State University in the fall of 2022.

The Parent/Gajecki Scholarships are available to students who live in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester or Salem counties. The primary scholarship is for approximately $3,000. The second scholarship is for approximately $2,500.

The Michael Delo Scholarship is available to students who live in Burlington, Camden or Gloucester counties. The scholarship is for approximately $2,500.

The Richard A. Brownmiller Scholarship is available to students who live in Burlington, Camden or Gloucester counties and are enrolled in the Smeal College of Business.  The scholarship is for approximately $2,000.

The Fellner/Ungvarsky Scholarship is available to students who live in Burlington, Camden or Gloucester counties. The scholarship is for $1,000.

Those students with superior academic records and community service who indicate promise of a successful collegiate career at Penn State should apply. Financial need will also be considered.
Candidates are required to submit:

  1. A completed application form
  2. An official high school transcript with SAT scores
  3. A letter of recommendation
